What this site is
This site describes the pool cleaning and maintenance services Valley Pool Club offers in the Coachella Valley, and lets you request a quote. Nothing on it is an offer that becomes binding by itself.
Quotes are not contracts
Submitting the quote form starts a conversation. It does not create a service agreement, reserve a spot on our schedule, or bind either of us to a price. Service begins only when we have agreed terms with you directly. Those terms are set out separately in our Pool Service Terms of Agreement.
Advice on this site is general
The blog and FAQ describe pool care in general terms for a desert climate. They are not instructions for your specific pool, and they are not a substitute for someone looking at it. Pool chemicals and pool equipment can cause injury or damage when handled incorrectly. Follow the manufacturer's directions for anything you use, and call a professional when you are unsure. You act on general information here at your own risk.
Content and trademarks
The text, photographs, logo, and design of this site belong to Valley Pool Club or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may read, print, and share pages for your own non-commercial use. You may not republish, sell, or present our content as your own, and you may not use our name or logo without written permission.
Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to interfere with the site or the server it runs on, submit false information through the form, use the form to send unsolicited commercial messages, or collect information about other people from the site.
Other websites we link to
Where we link to another site, we do so because we think it is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Availability
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise it will always be either. Prices, service descriptions, and availability can change without notice, and we may change or withdraw any part of the site at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Valley Pool Club is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website, or from reliance on general information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. This section is about the website; liability connected to actual pool service is dealt with in the service agreement.

How we handle information you send us is described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the courts of Riverside County, California will hear any dispute about them.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
