Every service visit covers the same core checklist, so your pool stays clean, balanced, and swim-ready without you having to think about it.
Every Visit
What's included in regular service
These six things happen on every scheduled visit. Repairs are handled as they come up, always with your approval first.
Brushing
Walls, steps, and floors get brushed to break up the film algae needs to take hold.
Skimming
Leaves, palm debris, and blown-in dust come off the surface before they sink.
Chemical Compliance
Water is tested and adjusted so sanitizer, pH, and alkalinity stay in a safe range.
Vacuuming
Settled silt and grit get vacuumed out through our filter, not yours.
Filter Washing
Filters get cleaned on schedule so your system isn't fighting itself to circulate.
General Repairs
Equipment issues get flagged early and fixed, with your go-ahead first.
Brushing
Algae doesn't start as the green cloud you can see. It starts as a thin biofilm on plaster, tile, and the shaded corners behind ladders and steps. Chlorine struggles to penetrate that film once it sets.
Brushing physically breaks it up so your sanitizer can actually do its job. We work the walls, steps, benches, and the floor areas circulation tends to miss. In the desert, where water temperatures climb for months at a stretch, this is one of the highest-value few minutes of any visit.
Skimming
Palm fronds, seed pods, blown sand, and bougainvillea petals are a fact of life for Coachella Valley pools. Caught on the surface, they're a two-minute job. Left to sink and break down, they stain plaster, clog the pump basket, and feed algae.
We skim the surface and empty the skimmer and pump baskets on every visit. It's a small thing that quietly protects your equipment.
Chemical compliance
We test and adjust your water so the numbers that matter stay where they should: sanitizer level, pH, total alkalinity, and calcium hardness. Balanced water isn't only about clarity. It's what keeps the water comfortable to swim in and keeps plaster, grout, and equipment from taking damage.
Desert conditions make this harder than it sounds. High heat burns off chlorine faster, and constant evaporation concentrates whatever minerals are left behind. That's a moving target, and it's why consistent testing beats guessing.
Vacuuming with our filter, not yours
This is the part most homeowners don't hear about until they're already paying for it.
Most services vacuum straight through your pool's filtration system. All that silt and grit lands in your filter, which then needs cleaning far more often, and filter cleanings usually aren't free.
We bring our own filter and vacuum through that instead. The debris leaves with us, and your filter stays cleaner for longer.
Filter washing
A loaded filter makes your pump work harder to move less water. You'll often see it before you measure it: weaker returns, longer run times to get the same clarity, and creeping energy costs.
We clean your filter on a sensible schedule for your system and how heavily the pool gets used. Because we don't vacuum through it, that schedule stays reasonable.
General repairs
Being at your pool regularly means we notice the small things early: a pump starting to sound wrong, a seal weeping, a cracked basket, a timer drifting off schedule.
We'll tell you what we're seeing, what it'll take to fix, and how urgent it actually is. Nothing gets done without your approval. Our ideal customers are the ones who'd rather hear about a small problem now than a large one later.
